El Furniture Warehouse is currently looking for a new kitchen manager for the Whistler location. This is your chance to join an amazing and quickly growing team while managing a kitchen in one of Whistler’s busiest district. As a kitchen manager, your duties will include:
Reports to regional chef.
Trains and manages all staff on kitchen operations.
Keeping high moral in the workspace.
Contributes to weekly regional meetings.
Timely response to all forms of communication including e-mail, phone and online meetings, in person meetings and more.
Proficient in preparation and execution of all menu items.
Proficient with inventory operations.
Working in kitchen to oversee quality and consistency regarding the following;
Preparation, plating and cooking technique, food inventory - training and monitoring, data entry and adjustments, problem solving and management tactic,



developing talent and encouraging through coaching, scheduling, food and labour control, sanitation and enforcing health standards organization safety, and more.
