About the Role

Our client is looking for a Product Owner to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and user experience. The Product Owner will work closely with cross‑functional teams to define product vision, prioritize initiatives, and deliver high‑impact digital solutions that align with business goals.

Responsibilities

- Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and priorities to internal stakeholders and development teams
- Gather and translate business requirements into clear user stories and functional specifications
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs
- Collaborate closely with developers, designers, QA, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other Agile ceremonies
- Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for enhancement and optimization
- Act as the primary point of contact between business and technical teams




- Ensure successful delivery of features, enhancements, and product releases within timelines
- Support change management, user adoption, and documentation efforts when needed

Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar product-focused role
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience managing product backlogs and writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Experience working with cross‑functional technical teams in a fast‑paced workplace
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure Dev Ops, or similar platforms
- Ability to balance business priorities, technical constraints, and user experience considerations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
