We are a family with two girls, looking for help with housekeeping and cooking, as well as some light childcare when the kids get home at 3:20. The ideal situation would be someone who can come at 1pm to do chores and housework and then watch the kids for an hour or two once they are home. They are pretty self-sufficient at this point, so the childcare would be making sure they do their school work, etc... and/or going to the park.
