Lead IT and cybersecurity initiatives at a prominent airline based in Malta. This on-site hybrid role centers on building and managing an Information Security Management System (ISMS) compliant with EASA Part-IS.
The IT & Information Security Manager will drive all IT operations critical to the airline, ensuring the security and resilience of technology across various operations. With a focus on AOC, you will maintain the Information Security Management Manual and manage oversight and reporting.

Candidates should demonstrate experience in cybersecurity within a regulated environment, particularly in aviation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee airline IT operations and cybersecurity efforts




- Manage critical ops systems including flight planning and dispatch
- Implement and run an ISO 27001-aligned ISMS
- Govern EFB program security and operational data protection
- Coordinate vendor management and maintain SLAs

Requirements:

- Degree in IT or related field, Master’s preferred
- 2+ years in IT operations within aviation
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and cloud security
- Familiarity with EASA Part-IS obligations
- Solid stakeholder engagement abilities
