Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Finance, you will play a key role in the accounting function. Your tasks will include overseeing the month-end close, preparing detailed financial reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage monthly and annual financial reports
- Collaborate on integrating financial enterprise systems
- Drive month-end closing accuracy for P&L; accounts
- Conduct variance analyses to support decision-making
- Mentor team members and drive process improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent
- At least 5 years in accounting or finance roles
- CPA designation essential
- Proven experience with IFRS and public companies
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
