Location: Eastern Canada. Our head office is located in Hamilton, Ontario.

Pay Rate: $46.46- $53.46 per hour (in accordance with the applicable collective agreement).

Key Responsibilities of the Role Lead and coordinate front-end piling activities in support of crane, piling, and foundation crews.
Assist with the safe and efficient installation of piles, casing, and other foundation elements in accordance with project specifications.
Direct and support labourers and equipment operators during piling operations.
Ensure materials, tools,



and equipment are prepared and available to maintain production and workflow.
Communicate daily work plans, safety expectations, and operational requirements to crew members.
Monitor production activities and report field conditions, delays, and equipment concerns to supervisors.
Assist with pile alignment, layout, rigging, and material handling activities.
Support equipment setup, maintenance, and mobilization activities.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings, hazard assessments, and site inspections.
Ensure compliance with all company, client, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Support other deep foundation and construction activities as required.

This position is governed by the applicable union collective agreement. Candidates must be members in good standing with Local 183 or Local 837 or be willing and eligible to obtain membership upon hire in accordance with union and project requirements.
