We are currently looking for an Inside Sales Representative based in the Rexel Utility

- Edmonton branch.

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for completing the order process, which includes offering pricing terms according to established margins and sourcing of additional products.

He/she is also responsible for preparing small order quotes on contracting jobs; offering product knowledge to customers and expediting orders in a quick and effective manner.

Responsibilities:

- Directly servicing the customer via phone & counter sales
- Processing orders, inquiries & quotations




- Maintaining a high level of customer service
- Confirming stock availability and suggesting alternatives
- Picking, receiving and shipping duties when required Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal & written and an ability to impart knowledge
- A minimum of 3-5 years of electrical experience is required
- Good organizational skills
- Computer literacy – proficient with all Microsoft Office and familiar with the AS400 What We Offer:
