Key Responsibilities:

- Support contract management for assigned projects
- Coordinate subtrade buyout, including RFP evaluations
- Assist with crafting GMP packages for stakeholder presentation




- Conduct cash flow reviews and revenue projections
- Maintain documentation for change management and claims

Requirements:

- Diploma in Construction Management or related field
- 7+ years of construction experience required
- 4+ years in contracts or project management preferred
