General Manager

Location: Mont-Royal, QC

Salary: $100,000–$120,000

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a luxury retail boutique, driving sales performance, delivering an elevated client experience, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and inspire a customer-focused team to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional service.
- Drive boutique performance by managing key retail metrics, including sales, conversion, UPT, AUS, and client capture.
- Oversee daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and payroll to support business needs.
- Build and maintain solid client relationships while identifying opportunities to grow the business through networking and in-store events.
- Ensure the boutique is impeccably merchandised, well-stocked, and operating to the highest luxury standards.
- Communicate marketing initiatives, product launches, and company updates to the team.
- Maintain inventory accuracy, enforce loss prevention procedures,



and uphold all safety standards.
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop top talent while building a strong leadership pipeline.

Qualifications

- 3+ years of luxury retail management experience (beauty or fragrance experience is a plus).
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong background in driving sales, clienteling, and business performance.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and improve store performance.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and retail technology platforms.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial luxury retail environment.
- Able to perform physical retail responsibilities, including lifting up to 25 lbs. as needed.
