Distribution Supervisor

Location: London, ON (On-site)

Compensation:

- Base salary: $70,000 – $85,000
- Bonus: up to 6% annually

We are seeking a hands-on Distribution Supervisor to lead daily delivery operations across multiple locations in Southwest Ontario. This role is responsible for managing a team of delivery professionals, ensuring effective routing, and maintaining high service levels for key customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and support a team of 25–30 delivery employees across multiple sites
- Oversee daily delivery operations, scheduling, and route optimization
- Ensure timely and accurate product delivery to customer locations
- Monitor inventory levels and resolve discrepancies
- Coach, train, and develop team members to improve performance
- Enforce safety standards and lead incident follow-ups
- Support site audits and ensure compliance with operational procedures




- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service execution and efficiency

Travel:

- travel required sometimes across Southwest Ontario

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of leadership experience in distribution, logistics, or operations
- Strong people management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Problem-solver with a hands-on leadership approach
- Valid driver’s license required
