Senior Manager, Business Development

Location: Toronto

Our Client

Is a leading national full-service law firm.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead business development planning and execution for practice groups, industry teams, and key client relationships.
- Develop and implement client targeting strategies, identify cross-selling opportunities, and support revenue growth initiatives.
- Lead the preparation of strategic pitches, proposals, and RFP responses from opportunity identification through submission.
- Analyze market trends, client intelligence, and performance data to provide actionable business recommendations.
- Oversee directory submissions, awards, and profile-raising initiatives to enhance the firm’s market presence.
- Collaborate with marketing, communications, events, and operations teams to execute integrated business development initiatives.
- Maintain and optimize business development content, CRM data, experience databases,



and other client development resources.

Qualifications:

- 10+ years of business development or marketing experience, ideally within a law firm or other professional services environment.
- Demonstrated experience developing business development strategies, client plans, pitches, proposals, and RFP responses.
- Strong understanding of law firm economics, client relationship management, and revenue generation strategies.
- Exceptional writing, editing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and business development technologies.
