Role Description The Front Desk Representative is a full-time, remote position responsible for serving as the first point of contact for clients and visitors through phone, email, and virtual communication channels. Day-to-day tasks include answering and directing calls, responding to inquiries, managing reservations or appointments, and providing accurate information about services. The role also involves handling basic administrative tasks, maintaining up-to-date records, and ensuring that all interactions are courteous, timely, and qualified. The Front Desk Representative will collaborate with other team members to resolve issues, support operational needs,
and uphold service standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong customer service and communication skills to handle inquiries, support clients, and provide clear information.
- Candidates should possess professional phone etiquette and receptionist duties experience to manage calls, direct inquiries, and coordinate front desk activities.
