They are seeking a Project Manager / Estimator – Structured Cabling to join their Technology Division in Victoria, BC.

Your New Role

As Project Manager / Estimator – Structured Cabling, you will be responsible for estimating, managing, and delivering low-voltage and structured cabling projects from inception through completion. Working closely with clients, field teams, consultants, and vendors, you will oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, documentation, and overall project performance.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare estimates and tenders for structured cabling, data, telecommunications, and low-voltage projects.
- Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements to develop accurate pricing.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasting, and financial performance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout project delivery.
- Coordinate contractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal project teams.
- Monitor project progress, labour requirements, and site activities.
- Manage contracts, change orders, permits, and project documentation.




- Procure materials and equipment while ensuring projects remain on schedule.
- Work closely with field teams to support successful project execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.

What You'll Need to Succeed

- Minimum 5 years' experience in project management or estimating within the structured cabling, telecommunications, or low-voltage industry.
- Strong knowledge of structured cabling systems and low-voltage solutions.
- Electrical TQ preferred.
- Experience with major manufacturer systems such as Corning, Belden, CommScope, or Panduit.
- Previous experience using Accubid estimating software.
- Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
