Our client is a design-led Vancouver developer with a growing multi-family pipeline: woodframe townhomes and apartments, plus select concrete and mixed-use projects. They're looking for a Project Manager to lead delivery end to end, from preconstruction through closeout.
What you'll do
- Own project delivery from tendering through occupancy, covering budget, schedule, and site execution
- Manage sub-trade and supplier relationships
- Report to senior leadership on cost, schedule, and risk
- Mentor junior team members as the company scales its pipeline
What you bring
- 5+ years construction PM experience, residential and commercial
- Diploma/degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Solid sub-trade relationships and budget/schedule control
- PMP/Gold Seal an asset, not required
- Eligible to work in Canada
Compensation
$95,000 to $135,000 base, DOE, plus vacation/time off and extended health & dental after a 3 month probation
