• Supervise meat personnel in manager's absence

• Receive and complete customer meat orders efficiently
• Ensure the Meat Department maintains sanitation standards
Requirements:
• Minimum of 12 months of meat retail experience
• High School Diploma required
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Understanding of Health and Safety legislation
• Post-secondary certification is an asset
