Primary responsibilities Design, develop, and implement new and existing Workday Studio use cases for Workday HCM & Financials. Comprehend data integrations from point‑to‑point systems as well as holistic interchange services to ensure effective data quality and dependable digital exchanges. Identify, assess,
and solve complex business problems for integrating the Workday cloud application with external applications across a wide array of financial functional areas. Design, build, and support testing of Workday integration code including Studio, EIB, and supporting 3rd‑party coding. Collaborate with clients and 3rd parties to develop technical solutions that support business processes. Follow the strategic direction set by client leadership when establishing Workday project goals. Collaborate with client counterparts to deliver shared objectives, including design and build activities. Identify and raise risks timely, and develop alternative technical and functional approaches when necessary. Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments, exercising some latitude in decision‑making. This is a hybrid role in Toronto and requires three days per week in the office. Here’s what you need Existing and up‑to‑date Workday Integrations Partner Certification and Workday Studio Certification. Minimum of 2 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Senior Analyst, Consultant, or comparable role, preferably with a large consulting firm. Minimum of 2 years of experience in full life‑cycle implementations applying contemporary integration technologies (EDI,
Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java, .NET, middleware). Minimum of 1 year of hands‑on Workday Integrations experience and 1 full‑cycle Workday Integrations implementation. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience); if Associate’s Degree, minimum 6 years of work experience. Bonus points if Congruent designer and developer experience with demonstrated ability to deliver coded integration work to production. Self‑starter with proven ability to work within a team‑oriented environment. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to frequent change. Proven ability to solve problems creatively and analytically. Experience with Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint. Compensation at Accenture varies depending on factors such as office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation based on full‑time employment for roles that may be hired as set forth below. The base pay range shown below is a guideline reflecting the majority of offers for this role and does not represent a maximum limit.
