As a Nutrition and Logistics Assistant, you will support patient meal preparation and delivery while assisting in various tasks that maintain high standards of cleanliness. This position calls for teamwork, as you work with hospital staff to facilitate effective food services and transport clients to appointments. Previous institutional food service experience and familiarity with HACCP are preferred qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide centralized and decentralized food services for clients
• Assist in food prep, ensuring timely meal delivery




• Operate kitchen equipment and transport vehicle responsibly
• Clean and sanitize food preparation areas and equipment
• Drive community clients for medical appointments as assigned
Requirements:
• Ontario Secondary School Grade 12 equivalency required
• Completion of National Food Safety Training preferred
• Six months in food services setting preferred
• Valid Ontario Class G driver’s license needed
• Experience with computerized systems for service tasks
