For the end user, we can help you preserve working capital while benefiting now from the use of the equipment. The role As Relationship Managers, you will support customers and vendors within the aligned market (office products, F&I direct who participate in national programs, or regional vendors who do not require the traditional sales support model). In addition, you will build a portfolio of vendors and customers, prospect within assigned territories/verticals, educate them on OneCap financing options and earn their business. OneCap has an experienced Operations Team that provides our sales professionals with top‑tier support so that our sales personnel can spend their time building relationships and closing transactions, and less time on processing paperwork. What you’ll do as a Relationship Manager Solicit new vendor opportunities and work with Senior Manager gewing relationship manager team to develop new vendor partnerships. Develop partnerships with vendors who sell acceptable equipment to MOCC. Identify and contact all remote vendor/distributors covered by the active national account programs. Utilize CRM to actively視 manage portfolio and outbound business development. Explain programs to vendors, providing pricing and program structure. Solicit vendors for program transactions and establish self as key point of contact for programs. Provide ongoing communication to vendors pertaining to new program structures and pricing.



Application Development Receive loan applications, prepare quotes, and ensure all necessary information is received to process an application. Confirm details with vendors. Accurately enter transaction details into the application system (DSI). Submit applications to MOCC Credit and follow up directly with vendors/applicants for any additional details or questions. Contact customers to confirm contract details and review transaction pricing using the provided tools. Compliance Work with the MOCC audit group to document complicated transactions and send legal documents to vendor or lessee. Register appropriate liens through provincial collateral registries to perfect security and enforceability of documents. Follow up for return of required documents. Review all transaction documentation to ensure proper execution and compliance with MOCC credit approval and pricing guidelines. Ensure balat compliance with all provincial and federal regulations and internal policies. Work with vendors/lessees to address any documentation deficiencies. Prepare lease package for audit. Scan and upload all documentation into the application system and submit it for audit. Work with audit to address any issues or additional information required. Administration Work with audit group and follow up with vendors/lessees on non‑material transaction deficiencies. Update and distribute indirect lease program pricing information, as required, and maintain a database of indirect contacts. Learntv varied vendor and/or broker programs, fee structures and special handling of specific accounts. Prior patient tasks for workday and re‑evaluate priorities as new tasks arise. Complexity of Position The incumbent receives general direction from their manager but is expected to take initiative in managing priorities and workflow. Bilingual – fluency in French and English (written and verbal) is a requirement. Excellent presentation and PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). This role represents an existing vacancy.
