Reporting directly to the CFO and acting as a key member of the Leadership Team, this role is responsible for driving financial performance, strengthening internal processes, and supporting long‑term business growth.This position is ideal for a finance leader who thrives in operational environments and enjoys partnering closely with senior leadership to support informed decision‑making.ResponsibilitiesOversee all finance functions including accounting, reporting, treasury, compliance, and FP&ALead month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reportingAnalyze financial results, investigate variances, and present insights to leadershipLead the annual budgeting and forecasting processesCollaborate cross‑functionally to support cost optimization and operational efficienciesSupport strategic planning initiatives, including multi‑year financial modelingMonitor cash flow, debt levels, and compliance with banking covenantsEnsure compliance with tax,
