Key Responsibilities:
• Provide attentive service for food and beverages
• Ensure banquet service is executed flawlessly
• Keep tables and dining areas tidy and organized
• Address and resolve guest issues efficiently
• Accurately handle personal shift accounting
Requirements:
• Minimum of one year experience in a similar role
• Smart Serve certification required
• Strong knowledge of food and wines preferred
• Ability to work under pressure and independently
• Legal age to serve alcohol, able to lift 30 lbs
