This position involves assessing learning needs, implementing in-servicing programs, and serving as a clinical resource for staff and clients. You will work closely with the interprofessional clinical team and support family-centered care while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in establishing best practices for client care
• Plan and evaluate educational programs for staff

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent
• 3-5 years of relevant nursing experience
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license required
• Registration/eligibility with CRNS
• Willingness to travel for work
