- Design and develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models for enterprise applications and analytics platforms.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, data architects, data engineers, and application teams to understand business requirements.
- Develop dimensional models (Star Schema and Snowflake Schema) for reporting and analytics.
- Create and maintain enterprise data dictionaries, metadata, and data lineage documentation.
- Perform data analysis and profiling to identify data quality issues.
- Ensure data models comply with enterprise data governance standards.
- Design normalized and denormalized database structures based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with ETL/ELT developers to optimize data integration processes.
- Participate in database performance tuning and query optimization.
- Review and improve existing data models to support scalability and performance.
- Support cloud migration initiatives involving contemporary data platforms.
- Document data architecture, standards, and best practices.
