Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure high performance in program delivery to clients
• Recruit and mentor Client Service staff members




• Supervise client service request processing
• Implement volunteer engagement and retention strategies
• Liaise with stakeholders for resource assessment
Requirements:
• Completion of a 2-year post-secondary diploma
• At least 2 years of employee and volunteer management
• Effective communication in English
• Proficient with MS Office applications
• Familiarity working with diverse communities in health programs
