As an RPN, you will perform comprehensive assessments, collaborate with Registered Nurses, and implement tailored care plans. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver nursing care to clients with predictable outcomes

Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Practical Nursing Diploma with IV medication certification
• BCLS/HCP certification and 2 years geriatric nursing experience preferred
• Strong communication skills with healthcare teams
• Basic computer skills for patient management
