The Opportunity

- We are hiring experienced Level 3/4 Carpenters to lead and execute complex carpentry tasks on multi-family residential construction sites. This role is ideal for skilled tradespeople who take pride in quality workmanship and enjoy mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead framing,



formwork, and finishing carpentry tasks.
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
- Ensure work meets building codes and safety standards.
- Supervise and mentor Level 1/2 carpenters and apprentices.
- Coordinate with other trades and site supervisors to meet project timelines.
- As the position evolves, other duties may be required to help drive our Vision, fulfill our Mission, and uphold Paragon’s Core Values.

Qualifications:

- 3–5+ years of carpentry experience in residential or commercial construction.
- Proficient in framing, finishing, and layout.
- Strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations.
- Ability to work independently and manage small teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Assets:

- Journeyperson certification or equivalent experience.
- WHMIS, Fall Protection, and First Aid certifications.
- Experience with multi-family or large-scale residential projects
