Join Brandt as a Parts Person at our Sudbury Construction & Forestry location. Assist customers with parts inquiries, process orders, and support warehouse operations in a collaborative setting.
In this role, you will report to the Parts Manager and focus on delivering excellent customer service while helping with parts inventory duties. Your responsibilities will include unloading incoming parts, locating and shipping materials, and assisting service technicians as required. A strong foundation in problem-solving will enhance your effectiveness in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers in locating necessary parts and pricing
• Unload, receive, and store incoming warehouse parts
• Ship parts to customers and other locations




• Provide support to branch service technicians as needed
• Document shipping and inventory information accurately
Requirements:
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently
• Strong customer service and partnership-building skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management
• Previous experience in parts industry preferred
• Journeyperson Certification is a valuable asset
