Key Responsibilities:
• Manage referrals and resources for the programme
• Promote smoking cessation services in various community settings

Requirements:
• Preferred qualification in health promotion or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of customer service or programme coordination experience
• Solid communication and relationship skills
• Excellent organization and Office 365 proficiency
• Full driver’s licence and ability to travel
