In this full-time position, you will engage in grounding tasks while upholding cleanliness and safety standards. You will help ensure product quality and the smooth flow of operations by not only performing your tasks but also assisting others in learning proper techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform assigned materials grounding tasks efficiently
• Ensure a tidy and safe work setting
• Report product deviations and take corrective actions
• Provide guidance on grounding techniques as needed
• Participate in crane/hoist and forklift training
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing
• Familiarity with tools and safety practices
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
• Effective verbal and written English skills
