This role will lead working sessions with business, technology, and operations stakeholders to document end-to-end system and process flows, manage deliverables, support resiliency exercises, and contribute to executive communications. Spanish proficiency is required. Key Responsibilities Lead sessions with SMEs to document system/process flows and application journey maps Manage BA deliverables and maintain Agile tracking boards Develop executive‑ready materials (PowerPoint)



for updates and presentations Design and support resiliency simulation exercises and related activities Identify process gaps and partner with SMEs to recommend enhancements Collaborate with technology and operations teams to support solution delivery Required Qualifications 8+ years of Business Analyst experience within financial services 3+ years experience supporting payment products (Wires, ACH, EFT, or International Money Transfer) Robust operational knowledge of payment processing protocols Experience with end‑to‑end process flow mapping / journey mapping Strong communication, stakeholder management, and ability to manage competing priorities Post‑secondary degree in a technical field (Computer Science/Engineering or related) Nice to Have Strong MS Visio and PowerPoint skills Experience with Jira/Confluence Experience in development or infrastructure operations Experience working at a large Canadian FI Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Contract Job function Information Technology Industries IT Services and IT Consulting and Banking #J-18808-Ljbffr
