WellCare Insurance Oakville is expanding, and we are looking for a driven, relationship-focused Personal and Commercial Lines Producer to join our growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is ambitious, confident, and ready to build a rewarding career in insurance sales. Whether you already have an existing book of business or are motivated to build one from the ground up, we are looking for a Producer with the hunger, professionalism, and follow-through to create opportunities, close sales, and build long-term client relationships.

What You’ll Do

- Generate new business through networking, referrals, prospecting, and centers of influence




- Build and maintain strong referral partner relationships
- Follow up with leads quickly, consistently, and professionally
- Quote and sell personal lines and commercial lines insurance solutions
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Cross-sell and up-sell where suitable
- Work with insurance company portals, underwriting partners, and internal systems
- Build, service, and grow your own book of business
- Deliver exceptional client service with a focus on long-term relationships and retention

What We’re Looking For

- Active RIBO or OTL license required
- Insurance sales and service experience
- Strong sales mindset with confidence in creating recent business
- Self-motivated, competitive, ambitious, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable networking and developing referral relationships
- Professional communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to manage leads from multiple sources and follow up consistently
- Client-focused with a strong commitment to service
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
- Knowledge of Power Broker, Applied Rating Services, and insurance company portals is considered an asset
