Elevate project management within University HR at the University of Toronto as a Special Projects Consultant. Drive strategic initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and project implementation for the AVP's office.
In this full time role based in Downtown Toronto, you will work closely with the Assistant Vice President of University HR and support project planning and execution across multiple initiatives. Your responsibilities will include developing work plans, research, and drafting key communications to ensure project success while maintaining confidentiality and responsiveness.
Key Responsibilities: • Develop project charters, timelines,
and milestone tracking • Advise on draft policies and proposals for initiatives • Conduct detailed research on various issues and topics • Coordinate follow-ups on actions and project deliverables • Manage logistics for employee recognition and engagement programs
Requirements: • University degree or equivalent experience required • Minimum four years leading complex multi-stakeholder projects • Advanced project management skills in diverse environments • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data reporting tools • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
