Key Responsibilities:
• Support youth involved in high-risk lifestyles
• Work versatile shifts, including nights and weekends
• Maintain confidentiality and appropriate boundaries
• Develop effective relationships with youth and staff
• Manage and report on program participation
Requirements:
• Completed post-secondary education in human services
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of Indigenous cultures and issues
• CPR and ASIST training (within 6 months)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
