Salary: $100,000-$130,000 annually (based on experience)

Location: Stoney Creek, ON (Covering the GTA, Hamilton, Niagara, and surrounding areas - travel required)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee mechanical and industrial construction projects from initiation through completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all phases of assigned projects while ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contract requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage projects from planning through close-out, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and quality control.
- Review drawings, specifications, contracts, RFQs/RFPs, and coordinate project execution.
- Monitor project progress, resolve technical and operational issues, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Manage project costs, procurement, subcontractors, change orders, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, contract requirements, and industry standards.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Conduct regular site visits and travel throughout the GTA, Hamilton, Niagara, and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in a mechanical, industrial, or construction workplace.
- Experience with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and cost control.
- Strong knowledge of construction documentation, including RFIs, RFQs, change orders, and contract administration.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and Project).
- Mechanical Engineering degree, P.Eng., MBA, or relevant trade background (Steamfitter, Gasfitter, Welder, Plumber, or Electrician) is considered an asset.
- Valid Ontario G Driver's Licence with the ability to travel extensively between project sites.
- Solid leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
