Trans Mountain Corporation is searching for a Senior HR Business Partner in Kamloops, British Columbia. In this full time role, you will provide strategic HR guidance to facilitate successful project execution.

The Senior HR Business Partner will support workforce readiness through effective planning and organizational effectiveness. This position requires extensive experience in employee relations and talent management, specifically within large project environments. You will work collaboratively with leaders and drive change initiatives that enhance workforce operations and promote a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:



• Provide HR counsel on workforce planning and conflict management • Partner with leaders for team effectiveness and project execution • Implement HR programs and policies for designated client groups • Monitor workforce trends and address emerging issues • Facilitate conflict resolution and support investigations

Requirements: • Post-secondary education in HR or related field • Minimum 6 years’ progressive HR experience • Knowledge of employee relations and performance management • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Commitment to integrity and confidentiality
