Elevate mentorship practices as the Mentoring Coordinator with S.U.C.C.E.S.S. in a full time role. Deliver impactful mentoring programs for integration and community engagement in this rewarding position.
This permanent, full-time position requires a unique individual with experience in coordinating volunteer programs and community engagement. You will oversee the Active Engagement & Integration Project, focusing on mentoring connections, volunteer onboarding, and delivering Canada Connect sessions. Collaborate with the Partnership & Communications Manager to ensure compliance and quality in all program aspects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver AEIP’s virtual mentoring program from start to finish
• Recruit and support volunteer mentors and facilitators
• Facilitate mentor-mentee matching based on needs
• Conduct orientations and ensure ongoing support for participants
• Monitor program quality through follow-ups and feedback
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years in community engagement or volunteer coordination
• Experience with immigrants and diverse communities
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and virtual meeting tools
