We’re looking for a Client Solutions Advisor — a motivated, client-focused professional who thrives on helping homeowners, contractors, and businesses find the right glass solutions for their needs. You’ll be the trusted guide from inquiry to installation, ensuring every client enjoys a seamless, WOW experience. What You’ll Do Serve as the first point of contact for residential and commercial clients — in person, by phone, and online Listen, understand, and diagnose client needs, recommending glass repair, replacement, or window film solutions Prepare detailed estimates, coordinate site visits, and schedule installation or service appointments Communicate clearly with clients throughout each project to ensure satisfaction and clarity Manage documentation, purchase orders,
