Look no further.What You'll Be DoingTackle the company's toughest problems in various areas including Ops, GTM, and Partnerships.Develop and implement cutting-edge solutions to increase the quality of Venn products and deliver positive business outcomes.Work directly with the founders to set and ensure operational KPIs are met.Build and optimize scalable processes to support Venn's hyper‑growth.Analyze data and provide meaningful insights to internal teams (e.G., Product) working to improve customer experience.What You’ll Need3+ years of work experience in a fast‑paced environment in any of the following areas: high‑growth start‑up, management consulting,
