At IEM, we are searching for a dedicated Material Handler to join our production team. The ideal candidate should possess robust attention to detail and physical stamina to execute tasks effectively. Responsibilities include managing inventory levels, verifying parts, and operating material handling equipment to maintain continuous workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct scheduled kanban checks on the production floor
• Transport and deliver materials to workstations promptly
• Monitor and trigger replenishment of inventory stock




• Verify accuracy of parts and quality before delivery
• Communicate any material-related issues to supervisors
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• At least 6 months warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
• Must possess physical stamina and lifting capability
• Effective communication skills with production teams
• Familiarity with safety protocols in warehouse environments
