As a Facilities & Safety Coordinator, you will manage facilities work orders, maintain compliance records, and support inventory management. Collaborating closely with the Facilities Lead, you will ensure organizational health and safety, while enhancing operational efficiency. Your proactive approach will contribute to a safe environment for staff and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate facilities work orders from intake to completion
• Maintain documentation, compliance records, and service histories
• Track and order maintenance and safety supplies




• Organize meeting and event setups across facilities
• Serve as the JOHSC Coordinator and conduct fire drills
Requirements:
• Experience in facilities coordination or administration
• Knowledge of WorkSafeBC requirements
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and MaintainX software
• First Aid Level 1 and WHMIS certification or willingness to obtain
