Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee adherence to safety and quality standards
• Conduct training sessions for new and existing employees
• Facilitate teamwork and remove performance barriers
• Manage daily operations on production lines
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and quality control
Requirements:
• Three years of manufacturing or industrial experience
• Proven mechanical aptitude and equipment knowledge
• Bachelor’s degree is an asset
• Valid driver’s license needed
• Knowledge of SAP or enterprise planning tools
