The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience, a P.Eng. designation in BC, and strong expertise in wood-frame residential design. This role involves managing design projects, mentoring junior staff, and overseeing project delivery. With a solid pipeline of residential projects, this position offers a competitive salary ranging from $110K to $140K, reflecting experience and expertise.
