• Manage daily operations across the Claims Operations department
• Review and open current claims for timely processing

• Support salvage workflows and monitor pending units
Requirements:
• Customer service experience is preferred
• Strong organizational skills with results orientation
• Excellent communication and listening abilities
• Flexibility to work 35 hours weekly
