Axxess Industries is looking for a capable Integration & Commissioning Technician skilled in deploying and troubleshooting C4/Axxess Zigbee networks. Ideal for problem-solvers, this role involves working directly with customers as well as performing hands-on technical tasks. You will provide support for both remote and onsite installations, leveraging your technical communication skills to resolve issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare servers and system templates for commissioning
• Work with installers for site commissioning remotely
• Configure Axxess wireless keypads and Zigbee devices
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and firmware issues
• Document system configurations and issues for clarity
Requirements:
• Robust problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Familiarity with embedded systems environments
• Ability to lift over 20 lbs when needed
