You will have the opportunity to engage in cross team initiatives beyond your immediate project to modernize the technology and capabilities to align with the portfolio and enterprise technology roadmaps.The primary responsibility of our team is to design, develop and maintain the technology platform that processes the banks payments through behaviour detection algorithms to detect suspicious and fraudulent activity.We are seeking an experienced developer (SQL, Python) who has a minimum of 12-15 years of experience designing, developing, and optimizing complex database solutions and data pipelines. The ideal candidate should have good experience in SQL query optimization, stored procedures, and database design while also being proficient in Python scripting, automation, and data manipulation.The ideal candidate should collaborate with business teams, define data quality (DQ) requirements (validations, control checks) and the various business logic transformations to be done while sourcing data. The hire will be involved in designing and developing data controls using technology such as SQL and python to ensure that the integrity of the data feeding in is maintained.The ideal candidate should also have experience in leading complex data projects and should be familiar with Data concepts, translating business requirements into System design specifications,
