Job Description

Mortgage Mobile Specialist
TD Canada Trust is a customer‑focused personal and small business banking business that serves more than 11 million customers nationally. The Mobile Mortgage Sales Force seeks proven sales professionals to develop and maintain mortgage relationships with realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture client relationships, targeting referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence.
• Conduct joint sales calls with the Sales Manager and attend monthly coaching sessions.
• Utilize the sales management system to manage leads, track progress, and report sales activity.
• Participate in targeted sales training to enhance sales skills and credit knowledge.

Qualifications





- Proven sales track record with strong capabilities to develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Entrepreneurial and proactive approach to developing a customer base.
- Highly motivated self‑starter with excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking, and relationship management skills.
- Independent, self‑managed qualified who thrives in a fast‑paced, competitive market.
- Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication preferred.
- Post‑secondary education preferred.
