Take a pivotal role in providing children's services with NEOFACS as an Investigation and Assessment Worker. Your expertise in risk assessment and child protection will be vital in supporting families.
As a member of the Investigation, Assessment, and Ongoing team, you'll deliver comprehensive children’s services. Responsibilities include providing preventative and protective services, conducting risk assessments, and developing necessary protection plans. You will also ensure all required documentation is completed accurately to inform case disposition.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide preventative and protective services to children and families
• Conduct thorough risk assessments for individuals
• Develop comprehensive protection plans as needed
• Complete documentation related to child services
• Ensure adherence to legislative requirements in practices
Requirements:
• Preferred MSW or BSW; relevant diplomas considered
• Experience with children, youth, and families
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Must work flexible schedule and travel as needed
• Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
