In this senior role, you will supervise clinical staff and ensure efficient patient movement throughout the hospital during after hours. Collaborating with the Senior Leader on-call, you will address operational challenges and facilitate patient admissions, transfers, and discharges. Your leadership will foster collaboration among teams, sustainability, and clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee patient flow during night and weekend shifts
• Improve patient admission and discharge collaboration

Requirements:
• Must be a Registered Nurse in Ontario
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required
• 3-5 years of managerial experience preferred
• Minimum of 5 years in clinical practice
• French language skills are an advantage
