Director, Business Processes & Systems Role Overview
The Manager, Payment Services & Treasury owns NADG's payment and treasury operations across our Canadian and US entities, reporting directly to the Director, Business Processes & Systems. This is a functional management role focused on process ownership, treasury coordination, and cross-departmental leadership. The successful candidate acts as the key liaison between senior leadership and the finance, accounting, and operations teams, managing the full payment and cash-flow cycle while strengthening treasury controls and banking relationships. Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end payment and treasury operations across Canadian and US entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. Oversee daily cash positioning and liquidity monitoring to support operational and investment needs. Serve as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal departments, aligning treasury and payment priorities across the organization. Own bank account administration and manage relationships with banking partners, payment providers, and system vendors.
Lead reconciliation and settlement processes, resolving discrepancies in partnership with accounting and finance. Maintain and enhance treasury controls, payment workflows, and supporting documentation. Prepare cash, payment, and treasury reporting for leadership review. Support audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements across both jurisdictions. Identify and implement opportunities to optimize cash management and automate payment and treasury processes. Required Skills & Qualifications
4–5 years of experience in treasury, payment operations, cash management, or a related finance function. Strong understanding of treasury operations, cash-flow forecasting, payment processing, and financial controls. Experience managing banking relationships and multiple entities or jurisdictions (Canada and US an asset). Excellent coordination and communication skills, with a proven ability to act as a connective point between senior leadership and operational teams. High attention to detail and the ability to independently manage competing priorities and deadlines. Experience in payment processing (wires, EFTs, and ACHs) Strong understanding of KYC, AML, and compliance A fast learner who can quickly understand new functions and immediately start looking for ways to improve them Strong interest in AI tools and process automation, with a willingness to learn and experiment with new technologies Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines with a proactive, follow-through mindset Clear communicator, able to document processes simply and coordinate professionally across teams Proficiency in Microsoft Office,
especially Excel; experience with accounting or document management software is a plus Nice to Have
Knowledge or experience with Yardi software Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot) in a work or project setting Familiarity with workflow or automation tools Exposure to accounts payable, banking, or general finance operations Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field Why Join Us?

The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is CA $70,000 - $95,000. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at NADG and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
