As a Building Operator on a fixed-term contract, you will ensure optimal facility performance from September 2026 to May 2027. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee maintenance of HVAC systems and troubleshoot issues
• Conduct grounds maintenance and cleanup tasks
• Provide repairs and preventative maintenance to facility equipment
• Manage daily administrative tasks such as work order updates
• Participate in the on-call rotation as required
Requirements:
• Background in HVAC or facility maintenance
• Ability to perform physically demanding labor
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Valid Standard First Aid and CPR-C certification
• Police Information Check and explicit references required
