In this pivotal role at the Administrative Centre, you will report to the Engineering EMC Section Chief and play a critical role in ensuring our aircraft meet stringent safety requirements. Utilize your extensive EMC experience to guide project activities, mentor emerging engineers, and drive improvements in testing processes and compliance documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead complex EMC engineering projects involving aircraft systems
• Analyze design impacts and propose EMC compliance strategies
• Mentor junior staff and promote knowledge sharing within the team




• Collaborate with R&D; to address electromagnetics challenges
• Prepare and oversee EMC test procedures and reports
Requirements:
• Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent
• 8 years of EMC experience, minimum 4 in aerospace
• Knowledge of industry standards and certification regulations
• Proven problem-solving and engineering leadership skills
• Solid oral and written communication skills; French is beneficial
